Privacy policy

We collect your email address, and your phone number only if you choose to give it. We use them for one thing: to tell you when DigitalBS is ready. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or hand them to a marketing company. You can have them deleted at any time by asking.

We are aware that a list of people interested in a content blocker is sensitive. We treat it that way.

• Email address — required, so we can contact you at launch and confirm you meant to sign up.
• Mobile number — optional. Only if you want launch updates on WhatsApp. Leaving it blank does not affect your place.
• Consent record — which permissions you granted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time and IP address of the submission. We are required to be able to show that you opted in, and this is how.
• Campaign source — if you arrived from a link with a campaign tag, we store that tag so we know which channels work.

That is everything. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics profiling, no third-party scripts on this page.

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the boxes on the form. Under Israel’s Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law and, where it applies, the GDPR, we may only send you marketing messages because you asked us to — which is why the boxes start unticked and why we record what you agreed to.

We keep the list ourselves. Three suppliers necessarily touch it:

• Supabase — hosts the database the list is stored in.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the form submission in transit.
• Resend — delivers the confirmation email. It receives one address at a time in order to send it, not the list.

They act on our instructions and may not use your details for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not upload them to advertising platforms.

Until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can invite you. If you do not confirm your email, we delete the record within 90 days. If you ask us to delete it, we do so promptly. If we abandon the product, we delete the entire list.

• Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. Using it deletes your record — we do not keep a suppression list of people who once signed up.
• You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold. Email privacy@digital.bs and we will action it.
• Not confirming the email in the message we send is itself a valid way to opt out — unconfirmed records are deleted.

The list is stored in a database table that is not reachable through our public API at all: it has row-level security enabled with no access policies and no privileges granted to any client role. Only a single server-side routine can write to it. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting this list, we will tell the people on it.

This waitlist is for adults. Do not sign up if you are under 18.
