Terms of service

These terms apply to joining the DigitalBS waitlist. That is all this site does today: it takes your email address, optionally your phone number, and tells you when the product is ready.

When DigitalBS launches, the product will have its own terms. Joining the waitlist does not sign you up to those in advance.

Joining the waitlist is free. It is not an order, a reservation, or a contract to buy anything. We are not taking payment, and you are not committing to become a customer.

Equally, we are not promising you a place, a price, or a launch date. We may change the product, change what it costs, delay it, or decide not to release it at all.

Give us an email address you actually control, and only give us a phone number that is yours. Do not sign other people up.

How we handle what you give us is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can leave at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to privacy@digital.bs. We will remove you and delete your record.

This is a pre-launch page provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or from a delay in launching the product.
